Mission.
Our mission is to utilize board games and other fun activities to brighten the lives of Chicago’s elderly population and increase awareness for memory loss prevention.
Vision.
We envision a world where our elderly loved ones are no longer robbed of their basic functioning ability and memory by diseases like Alzheimer’s and dementia.
About the Founder
Hi! My name is Morgan Rothstein, and I am a senior at Walter Payton College Prep in Chicago, IL.
My grandmother Sheila was a doctor in Winnipeg, Canada, for the majority of her life and found great success in the medical field. Sheila was diagnosed with Advanced Alzheimer’s disease. Her executive functioning and memory skills have declined rapidly over past years. Sad to say Sheila just passed away on October 3rd, 2024.
Because of Sheila, I was inspired to create Youth For Alzheimer’s Prevention, for which I am the founder.
