Mission.

Our mission is to utilize board games and other fun activities to brighten the lives of Chicago’s elderly population and increase awareness for memory loss prevention.

Vision.

We envision a world where our elderly loved ones are no longer robbed of their basic functioning ability and memory by diseases like Alzheimer’s and dementia.

About the Founder

Hi! My name is Brit Rothstein, and I am a senior at Walter Payton College Prep in Chicago, IL. I have a passion for hockey and soccer, and hard work and dedication are two things that I value deeply. My grandmother Sheila Rothstein always stressed the value of having these traits in all aspects of life. Sheila was a doctor for the majority of her own life and found great success in the medical field. Sadly, a few years ago, Sheila was diagnosed with Advanced Alzheimer’s disease, and since then her executive functioning and memory skills have deteriorated.

Because of this, I was inspired to create Youth For Alzheimer’s Prevention, for which I am the founder.
